We were initially engaged to do a Masterplan for the school to add 10 new classrooms, a library, a new hall and swimming pool.
This led us to designing 10 new classrooms, on a repetitive module and library. The new classrooms and library were designed to sit sensitively within the site and retain clear lines of visibility from administration to the sports field.
The form and palette was also kept fairly simple to sit quietly next to the 100 year old existing school buildings.
